We note that most of your request duplicates the request from S Hill. It appears the only requests that are different to those we have already responded to in the S Hill response are number 2 and number 4. I am writing in conjunction with a request made by "S Hill" in February 2022 as I seek further information.

I am writing under the Official Information Act to request the following:

1. Number of employees with Fire and Emergency New Zealand who have convictions under the Crimes Act with regards to 'Sex Offences'.
2. Number of past employees with Fire and Emergency New Zealand who have convictions under the Crimes Act with regards to 'Sex Offences' This includes people who committed the crime whilst under your employment and no longer work for Fire & Emergency New Zealand.
3. Number of volunteers with Fire and Emergency New Zealand who have convictions under the Crimes Act with regards to 'Sex Offenses'
4. Number of past volunteers with Fire and Emergency New Zealand who have convictions under the Crimes Act with regards to 'Sex Offences' This includes people who committed the crime whilst volunteering for Fire & Emergency and no longer volunteer for Fire & Emergency New Zealand.
5. A regional break down of the above, detailing employees & volunteers separately 6. The number of employee dismissals in the 2021 calendar year relating to 'Sex Offenses' under the Crimes Act 7. The number of volunteer dismissals in the 2021 calendar year relating to 'Sex Offenses' under the Crimes Act 8. The number of 'Sex Offenses' under the Crimes Act, both accused & committed by Fire and Emergency Staff or Volunteers in the 2021 calendar year.
