Dear Samantha Perkins,

the Correspondence I wish to see has not been sent, there is one email from numerous persons within Eqr discussing weather or not they are legally required to share this info with me, it appears they have decided not to share, do I need to escalate this request?

there is also mention of the Home owner not wanting certain documents shared with me, as I am not an "approved claim contact". I only want copies of any correspondence relating to the work, relationship, performance (perceived) by my company/myself.

regards
Darryn

Dear Official Information Act Requests,
Hi Samantha

It contains 1 email in relation to complying with my request for information, the information has not been supplied and the conversation that the email states will take place at a meeting on Monday 29th Sept, never happened, the fact that there has been discussion around (email) information and "do they release it", shows that there is information that has not been shared.

Yours sincerely,

Darryn
