After making some initial enquiries, it has become apparent that your
request encapsulates a large volume of material and to provide all
information on the subject requested would require substantial research
and collation. On this basis we would like to invite you to consider
amending your request. I have attached a factsheet regarding apportionment
which may assist you in providing clarification.

If you wish to discuss further please do not hesitate to contact us at
[1][email address]. It may assist the clarification process if
you are able to provide your direct contact details. Alternatively please
call 04 978 6400 and ask to speak to Zoe Epps. We will await any amendment
at your earliest convenience.

Should we not receive any amendment from you, a decision on your request
as it is currently worded will be provided to you by 4 August 2017,
subject to EQC’s right under section 15A of the Official Information Act
to extend the timeframe for responding to your request in certain
