- Any documents, correspondence or advisory documents regarding the review of the composition of the New Zealand (refugee) Quota Programme from 2017 onwards.
- Any documents, correspondence and advisory that assisted in identifying the Asia-Pacific region as an area of interest.
- Any documents, correspondence and advisory documents that led to the increase of the New Zealand (refugee) Quota Programme allocation for the Middle-East and African regions being increased from 14% to 15%.
- Any documents, correspondence and advisory documents that were used to facilitate the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment making the recommendations provided in the Hon Iain Lees-Galloway report "Three year Refugee Quota Programme 2019/20 to 2021/22"
