Dear New Zealand Police,

This is a follow-up to my OIA request of Aug 9 2021, which you refused due to the information not being available. I am hoping that a year later you have completed the work with your refusal stated was in progress, therefore:

Please supply the privacy impact assessment (or equivalent document, policy) for the NZ Police's use of video footage from the https://www.communitycam.co.nz/index.cfm website.

If you have still not completed the privacy impact assessment, or similar document within the past year, please provide any correspondence, memos, or other documentation regarding the privacy policies of www.communitycam.co.nz and NZ Police's use of the site.
