    Kia Ora,

On behalf of the official information team, I can confirm we can answer
your enquiry outside of the official information and meetings act.

Please see answers below as requested:

 1. Number of objections received before and on 22 April 2022: 7100
  2. Number of objections received after 22 April 2022: to date 11/08/2022:
 1223
  3. How many applications were processed per month as of the end of July
2022: The total number of objections which have been settled to date
is 460 as at 8 August.
  4. How many applications have been reviewed: All objections are currently
under review. Valuers work suburb by suburb to complete. The number
above is the number that have been finalised.
  5. How many Valuations Managers/Valuers are working on this mission:
o Auckland Council employees 10 valuers who undertake valuation work in
the old Auckland City Council area.
o Auckland Council then contracts the rest of its business to Quotable
Value who hire valuers to undertake the remaining areas of Auckland.
 6. Is there any commitment to complete all reviews before the end of
August, September, October, November or end of 2022: Auckland Council
is aiming to have all objections completed by the end of December
2022. Please note that all objections are unique and time to process
each is varied. We are also working with large volumes and other
workstreams. While we aim to have objections completed by the end of
the year, there is no legislated timeframe for objections to be
 completed by.

I hope this clarifies your enquiry.
