Upper Hutt City Council
Kia ora Stefan,
Thank you for your below Local Government Official Information and
Meetings Act 1987 (the Act) request dated 28 July 2022. Apologies again
for the delay in our response, we were researching some historical roading
records which we thought might have been of interest to you (an old
roading alignment in particular), but we were unable to find what we were
looking for. If we come across it in the future, we’ll pass it on!
However, it appears the only information we have relevant to this request
is held within the Kâinga Ora IAF EOI/RFP applications, which you have
previously requested, and we will continue to withhold those under section
7(2)(c)(i). We searched for material relating to access to the Southern
Growth Area not from the Spur, however we do not believe any such material
exists.
If you have any further questions about this request, please get in touch.
If you are dissatisfied with our response, you have the right to seek an
investigation and review by the Ombudsman. Information about how to make a
complaint is available at [1]www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or freephone 0800
802 602.
Warm regards,
Michael
