Dear Hamilton City Council,
I would like to make the a request for information under the Official Information Act.
I understand that consent has been declined for the use of premises on Duke Street, Hamilton by Star Turf Indoor Soccer (run by Duncan Wright and currently operating in nearby premises on Kahikatea Drive) - given the positive social, health and sporting benefits that Star Turf provides I would like to know why consent was declined so that I can understand Council's reasoning.

To date, no application for consent has been made to Hamilton City Council by Star Turf Indoor Soccer in respect of the use of premises in Duke Street. Consequently, no consent has been declined.
