I would like copies of all emails sent to or from Chief Executive off Upper Hutt City Council Peter Kelly containing or including any discussion, information, or meetings relating to the Silverstream spur, roading/infrastructure corridor, memorandum of understanding with Guildford Timber Company, and dealings, discussions or conversations between Upper Hutt City Council in relation to any land swap, sale, valuation, expression of interest, construction of a road, IAF, plans or visual concepts, relating to the Silverstream Spur, Guildford Timber Company, Silverstream Forest, Ralph Goodwin, James McKibbin, and Mark Ratcliffe between 19 August 2021 and the present time.
