to investment in hospitals and health infrastructure.

“One of Labour's election promises was to invest an extra $6 billion to
upgrade our hospitals and health infrastructure  

1) How much of this money has been used/invested? 

2) Who are the recipients? 

3) How much did each recipient receive? And 

3) What was it spent on?”
