Your request has been considered under the Official Information Act 1982
(the Act).

 

The Ministry does not hold this information in the format requested, and
manual entry for over 300 schools would be required to provide this to
you. The Act only applies to information that is already held by the
Ministry, and there is no obligation on the Ministry to create information
in order to respond to a request. We are therefore refusing your request
under section 18(e) of the Act, as the document alleged to contain the
information requested does not exist.
