Tçnâ koe Nic

Thank you for your email of 20 June 2022 to the Ministry of Education
requesting the following information:

A list of the first three rounds of Creatives in Schools funding in a .csv
file - which includes School, project name, artist/s names, region,
artform/s, and decile.

Your request has been considered under the Official Information Act 1982
(the Act).

The Ministry does not hold this information in the format requested, and
manual entry for over 300 schools would be required to provide this to
you. The Act only applies to information that is already held by the
Ministry, and there is no obligation on the Ministry to create information
in order to respond to a request. We are therefore refusing your request
under section 18(e) of the Act, as the document alleged to contain the
information requested does not exist.

However, information that is publicly available on our website includes
school name, project name, artist/s names, and artform/s:

Round 3 successful projects:

Round 2 successful projects:

Round 1 successful projects:

School region and decile information is also available on the Education
Counts website: [4]https://www.educationcounts.govt.nz/home.

Please note, the Ministry now proactively publishes OIA responses on our
website. As such, we may publish this response on our website after five
working days. Your name and contact details will be removed.

Thank you again for your email. You have the right to ask an Ombudsman to
review our decision on your request, in accordance with section 28 of the
Act. You can do this by writing to [5][email address] or to
Office of the Ombudsman, PO Box 10152, Wellington 6143.
