track staff and visitors to you offices during covid-19?

2.     If yes, could you briefly outline the nature of the app/software
and who the developers/suppliers are?

3.     Could you please report on the compliance rate of both staff and
visitor use of the app/software? A simple percentage or similar is all I'm
after

On 23 July we emailed you, asking you to clarify your request so that we
can provide a more relevant response.

To date we have not received a reply.  In order to meet our obligations
under the Act we are closing this request assuming you no longer require
this information. You are welcome to contact us to refine your request
which will treated as a new request accordingly

an Ombudsman for review. You can find more information about this by
