Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the
 Act) to the Ministry of Health (the Ministry) on 7 June 2022. You
 requested: 
  
“Please provide a single graph of ambulance callouts over Northland, New
 Zealand from the last five years, (2018-2022); with averages/month.” 
  
The Ministry has interpreted your request as referring to road ambulance
 services. Information regarding St John’s ambulance performance is
 publicly available on the Ministry’s website
 at: [1]www.health.govt.nz/new-zealand-health-system/key-health-sector-organisations-and-people/national-ambulance-sector-office-naso/ambulance-services-performance.  
  
However, the Ministry does not hold any further information to the level
 of detail you have requested. As such, your request is refused under
 section 18(g)(i) of the Act; as the information requested is not held by
 the Ministry and there are no grounds for believing it is held by another
 agency subject to the Act.   
  
For further information you may wish to contact St John, as they operate
 the relevant call centres. Please note however, St John is not bound by
 the Act and therefore is not obligated to supply this information to
 you.  
  
Under section 28(3) of the Act, you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to
 review any decisions made under this request. The Ombudsman may be
