Dear Ministry of Health,

Background:

On 1st of Feb 2022, the Ministry of Health (the Ministry) responded to an Official Information Act (OIA) request by reference number H202116945. Document 9 "Part 1: Request for Proposals: System for Digital COVID-19 Health Certificates" (RFP) was released in full.

Additionally on 3rd of June 2022 the Ministry responded to another OIA request by reference number H202116873/ 574313 :
"The Ministry issued a closed request for proposal (RFP) in mid-July to vendors identified by the Department of Internal Affairs. MATTR was selected as the preferred supplier, supported by Cogito for aspects related to document signing."

Request:

Under the OIA, I am requesting following information/documents:

1. full list of vendors identified by the Department of Internal Affairs for this closed RFP (preferably in the original form – ie. email/memo...)
2. full list of vendors that submitted the closed RFP
3. submission documents from vendors as part of this closed RFP

I understand parts of the documents requested above may be rejected in part under OIA s9(2)b – where possible, please redact rather than decline the document.
