According to the Official Information Act i am here by requesting all information regarding the trespass notice served by NZ Police served on the occupiers at the former NZ Defense property known as Watts Peninsula (Fort Ballance) on or about 24th May 2022
For your ease of reference and the interests of clarity a copy of the document can be viewed at the link below.
To make it clear i am requesting all information on the Police file regarding this matter, in particular i request the Police to identify the Occupier of the property who is referred to in the Trespass Notice.
This request is urgent due to the nature of the wording of the trespass notice which warns of a possible term of imprisonment and fine.
I am a Citizen of New Zealand. I was born in New Zealand.
