Hauora Tairāwhiti understands, via Technical Advisory Services (TAS) that the information requested is more closely connected with the functions of Waikato DHB, and Waikato DHB will accept the transfer of your request.
As a result, Hauora Tairāwhiti has decided to transfer the request in full to Waikato DHB under section 14(b)(ii) of the Official information Act 1982 (the Act), and you will hear from the Waikato DHB in due course.
You have the right, under section 28 of the Act, to ask the Ombudsman to review this decision to transfer your request for information. Information about how to make a complaint is available at www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or freephone 0800 802 602.
