Nanaia Mahuta's involvement in the unfounded dismissal of sexual assault charges

Dear New Zealand Police,

In 2003, valid charges against a William Gannin Ormsby for sexual violation and indecent assault, and assault with intent to commit sexual violation against a woman were dropped because of undue influence by his then partner, now wife Nanaia Mahuta.

Evidence suggests that these crimes and their coverup have been used by hostile foreign forces to blackmail Ms. Mahuta into supporting human rights violations, which makes this a matter very much in the public interest to report on.

In the interests of reporting to protect the public from the ongoing blackmail against Ms. Mahuta, I am requesting all documents held by Police in regards the crimes committed by Mr. Ormsby.

I refer to your request for information made under the Official
Information Act 1982
You have asked for:

Apparently she is not from the Kingitanga blood line, it may be that she married her own cousin?

My view is, that she is corrupt and her husband without a doubt, they serve themselves & fill their own pockets, as long as they can do the work, the prime minister needs them to do, they will get the perks and that is: being in control of the 3 waters, in which they have no right or jurisdiction in their professional capacities, neither of these criminals;
