Regarding the Ministry of Health-led COVID-19 Disinformation Assessment and Response Team (DART), I would like to request the following information:

1) The identity of all agencies involved in the team’s operations

2) The team’s terms of reference

3) Copies of all standard operating procedures, policies, instructions or other documents which govern the team’s operations

4) Copies of all briefings to any minister on the topic of the team’s establishment, and any reports-back submitted to ministers on the team’s operation
