Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) to the Ministry of 
Health (the Ministry) on 12 May 2022 relating to the COVID-19 Disinformation Assessment and 
Response Team (DART). I will respond to each part of your request in turn.  
 
1)  The identity of all agencies involved in the team’s operations 
 
The Ministry of Health is the only agency involved in DART operations. 
 
2)  The team’s terms of reference 
3)  Copies of all standard operating procedures, policies, instructions or other documents 
which govern the team’s operations 
4) Copies of all briefings to any minister on the topic of the team’s establishment, and any 
reports-back submitted to ministers on the team’s operation 
 
This information is refused under section 18(e) of the Act, as the information does not exist.
