1. When are parking wardens permitted to park/use their vehicle in breach of the Road User Rule?
2. How many parking wardens have been fired in the last 5 years?
3. Who, in AT, authorizes a person to exercise the powers of a parking warden?
4. Are parking wardens prohibited from issuing infringement notices to government/emergency vehicles ? Are there guidelines on this?
