Parking Enforcement Guidelines

Mine Rogers made this Official Information request to Auckland Transport

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Mine Rogers to read recent responses and update the status.

From: Mine Rogers

Dear Auckland Transport,

1. When are parking wardens permitted to park/use their vehicle in breach of the Road User Rule?
2. How many parking wardens have been fired in the last 5 years?
3. Who, in AT, authorizes a person to exercise the powers of a parking warden?
4. Are parking wardens prohibited from issuing infringement notices to government/emergency vehicles ? Are there guidelines on this?

Yours faithfully,

Mine Rogers
