Dear Capital and Coast District Health Board,

Under the OIA I request:

- the length of time the acting Chief Financial Officer has been engaged in that position as a contractor,
- their hourly rate,
- how much in fees has been paid for their services to date,
- how much has been paid in total by Capital and Coast District Health Board to PwC for services in the last two years,
- whether any other Tier 2 and 3 positions are currently occupied by contractors, their names, the names of the companies from which their services are engaged and the total paid for each position to date.
