Pre-charge warnings Guidelines.
Pre-charge warnings Policy Manual Chapter.
A breakdown of the categories and numbers of pre-charge warnings given for the past 6 month period.
The number of pre-charge warnings given to people who subsequently reoffend within 6 months of the warning.

Dear New Zealand Police,
Regarding my request for documentation on Pre-Charge Warnings, particularly the Police Policy, Guidelines and Manual on this program. This request was made on 14 August 2014. Your response that the request was forwaded on was also dated 14 August 2014.

Under s 15(1) of the Official Information Act 1982 you are required to respond not later than 20 working days after the request was received.

To date I have received no response to this request other than notice my request had been forwarded to the correct department for follow up.

Please can you promptly provide the information requested or provide a valid reason why this is not possible.
