Information on Kapiti Coast being branded Gold/Golden coast

Brendan Atkinson made this Official Information request to Kapiti Coast District Council

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Brendan Atkinson to read recent responses and update the status.

From: Brendan Atkinson

Dear Kapiti Coast District Council,

I'm interested if you have any information on any initiatives there might have been from the council to brand the Kapiti Coast as the Gold Coast or Golden Coast. I see the legacy in many business names but can't find any official references to it. It seems to date back to at least the 70s.

Yours faithfully,

Brendan Atkinson
