I am seeking information on the total number of papers deleted from academic transcript after the Office of The Ombudsman investigates the University due to errors, misinformation in the administration of final examinations.
This concerns the last 5 years across all academic departments.

Across the last five years, no papers have been deleted from academic transcripts on the basis of Office of Ombudsman investigations into complaints against the University relating to final examinations.
