I am a health, educational and welfare blogger who is writing stories about the ability of DHB's and Doctors Practices to provide portals where patients can view their health records.

Can I please have the following information

1. Summary reports on any trials carried out
2. How many DHB's or Doctor Practices allow access to patent records by that patient?
3. When will the whole of NZ be able to view their health information online via the Internet/WWW
4. What has been the cost to date of rolling out patient electyronic records?
