Dear Ministry of Health,
A previous OIA request that was submitted Medsafe confirmed that they had the following document
- Pfizer Cumulative Analysis Report 5.3.6
The OIA response said that the Pfizer Cumulative Analysis report was part of documentation provided by Pfizer that satisfied the legal requirements associated with the vaccination application.
Can you please provide the Pfizer Cumulative Analysis Report 5.3.6 that was provided by Pfizer in accordance with their application given this information is now publicly available so that we can see how the application compared to the data.
Please provide any and all persons responsible for approving this vaccine and final recommendation reporting.
Why did Medsafe approve a vaccine that showed 4.6% of the people that took the vaccine developed the virus that it was supposed to fight against?
Is that now why we are seeing the virus in so many people? A side effect of the vaccine is Covid itself?!

Dear OIA Requests - Chris James,
Thank-you for acknowledging that you are the person responsible for the countless injuries associated with this gene therapy.
The Pfizer vaccine as per Pfizer's own side effect report shows that a side effect of the mRNA vaccine was Covid-19 - despite you saying these are coincidental rather than causal why would Pfizer put this as a side effect of the vaccine if it wasn't true - this is from a source document at Pfizer. Whether it be the mRNA vaccine is causing immunity to be compromised which in turn leads to Covid-19 being a side effect - I don't know, I'm not a scientist but it is in their own documentation. As a follow up to this please provide
- All documents, reporting, recommendations, methodology as to why the "Covid Death Reporting" has been amended and the reasons for the change.
- Please provide all risk notifications associated with VAED notified by Pfizer to Medsafe Ministry of Health if at all
- Please also acknowledge receipt of the following link to 11,000 pages of Pfizer documents - http://phmpt.org/pfizers-documents/
Lots more side effects/deaths that are "not related to the vaccine". How many deaths, suspicious deaths, side effects are required for a medicine to be taken off the shelves in New Zealand? Any deaths following todays date from the jab should be entered into evidence that Medsafe has knowingly subjected New Zealanders to undue risk including our children because there is enough reporting data out there to show that this will kill you for potentially three months immunity.

Documentation regarding the changes to COVID-19 death reporting has been
provided in a previous OIA response published on the FYI website

The Ministry of Health (the Ministry) has received no VAED notifications
reported in New Zealand, therefore this part of your request is refused
under section 18(g)(i) of the Act, on the grounds that the information
sought is not held by the Ministry.
