Specialists (ASMS) is a union that represents senior salaried doctors and
dentists and is not subject to the Act. The Ministry of Health does not
hold information on what ASMS pays to its employees.

Hi,

Please can you clarify the reason for refusal?

E.g., is the ED (executive director) of the ASMS (association of salaried
medical specialists) either not a paid position, or not a position that is
paid by the ministry of health or any of the district health boards?

Is it a charitable trust position or something like that?
