I request the following information for today and every subsequent day until the day prior to this request being answered in full or the date on which you resume making this information publicly available as part of your press releases, whichever is the earlier.

I ask that the information be presented in the form that it had been made publicly available until yesterday, 9 February 2022:

CONTACTS
- Number of active contacts being managed (total):
- Percentage who has received an outbound call from contact tracers (to confirm testing and isolation requirements):
- Percentage who has returned at least one result: 68%

NZ COVID Tracer
- Poster scans in the 24 hours to midday yesterday
- Manual diary entries in the 24 hours to midday

MY VACCINE PASS
Total issued to date: 5,082,686
Total yesterday: 7,554

WASTEWATER
- Any unexpected detections

I also request that you provide a full list of all detections for today and every subsequent day until the day prior to this request being answered in full or the date on which you resume making this information publicly available as part of your press releases, whichever is the earlier.

In addition, for each day of the period specified above I request that you provide the following for each region with an active case:
- The total number of new cases
- The town in which each new case resides
- How many of the new cases have been linked to existing cases
- The number of people and number of cases who are being supported to isolate at home

The Ministry of Health has decided to extend the period of time available
to respond to your request under section 15A of the Official Information
Act 1982 (the Act) as the request necessitates the collation of a large
quantity of official information. The Ministry of Health will reply to
your request by no later than 24 March 2022, and earlier if possible.    

   

You have the right, under section 28 of the Act, to ask the Ombudsman to
review my decision to extend the time available to respond to your
request.  The Ombudsman may be contacted by email
