This request is in addition to my OIA request sent 25 January 2022 (responded to via FYI.org.nz on 26 January 2022).  

Please provide the below:

1. Budget 2018 Guidance for Agencies document; or equivalent documents outlining the application of government priorities to budget initiatives for agencies or departments specifically

2. Cabinet Minutes: Minute of decision(s), dated between 2009 to 2017, containing minuted vote decisions pertaining to "sole parent support"; "families package(s)"; "Working for Families"; "main benefit(s)"; "supplementary benefit(s)"; "sole parent".

I have provided my personal details to confirm the eligibility of this request by direct email to the Ministerial Services/ Treasury email address listed on your website.

"supplementary benefit(s)"; "sole parent".

 

In regards to your request, the Treasury can only provide information on
part 1.  For part 2 of your request – any Cabinet minutes pertaining to
"sole parent support"; "families package(s)"; "Working for Families";
"main benefit(s)"; "supplementary benefit(s)"; "sole parent" and relating
to Budget are publicly available on the Treasury website at [1]Budget
information releases (treasury.govt.nz).  The remaining Cabinet Minutes
pertaining to "sole parent support"; "families package(s)"; "Working for
Families"; "main benefit(s)"; "supplementary benefit(s)"; "sole parent"
that are not related to Budget are more closely connected with the
functions of Inland Revenue and the Ministry of Social Development. 

 

If you would like to progress with the request then can you please confirm
that you are happy for the Treasury to reply to part 1 of your OIA
request: Budget 2018 Guidance for Agencies document; or equivalent
documents outlining the application of government priorities to budget
initiatives for agencies or departments specifically and also confirm that
you will withdraw part 2 of your request, and resubmit part 2  to Inland
Revenue and the Ministry of Social Development.
