“Please release all communications between Ministry of Health and
Transpower NZ Ltd. on the subject of 'COVID-19' between the dates of
01/03/2021 and 18/12/2021.”
Your request asks for information which is more closely connected with the
functions of Transpower New Zealand. For this reason, the Ministry of
Health has decided to transfer your request to Transpower NZ under section
14(b)(ii) of the Act. You can expect a response from Transpower NZ in due
course.

Transpower's response indicates sparse correspondence with Ministry of Health.
As a Utility company, and not a medical facility, I would expect Transpower to seek comprehensive medical information from the authorities before implementing an experimental medical procedure in the form of Covid-19 vaccine mandate.
The lack of communications indicates Transpower have not carried out due diligence; I'm advised that some of their employees are seeking similar OIAs as part of a Personal Grievance claim.

Ministry of Health have deferred this request, claiming Transpower to be the respondent. I'm advised that Transpower staff have requested similar OIA information, as part of a Personal Grievance against Transpower's Covid-19 vaccination policy.
