Please provide the total numbers as follows. Do not break these down into any further groups I am only after the total numbers as follows.
Total Number of Deaths from Covid-19
Total Number of Deaths within 21 days of the first or second dose of the vaccine - please do not break down into categories - I just want a total - I do not want to know if they are classified as vaccinated or if it was a death recorded on the tally. All I want is the total number of deaths within 21 days of the vaccine up to and including todays date.
Please also provide the total number of recorded suicides in
2019, 2020 and 2021

Thank you for request to the Ministry of Health (the Ministry) under the
Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) for information about COVID-19
deaths, vaccination and suicide. Please find below a response to each of
your questions.
Total Number of Deaths from Covid-19
Information regarding all deceased cases is on the Ministry website here:

It includes all cases that died who were classified as an active case
of COVID-19 at the time of death. In some of these cases, the underlying
cause of death may have been unrelated to COVID-19.
Total Number of Deaths within 21 days of the first or second dose of the
vaccine - please do not break down into categories - I just want a total -
I do not want to know if they are classified as vaccinated or if it was a
death recorded on the tally. All I want is the total number of deaths
within 21 days of the vaccine up to and including today’s date.
Adverse reactions to a COVID-19 vaccine are continuously and carefully
monitored by Medsafe and the Centre for Adverse Reactions Monitoring
(CARM) at the University of Otago. Regularly updated summaries of any
adverse effects from the vaccine can be found

find the most recent information regarding deaths 21 days after the first

Please also provide the total number of recorded suicides in 2019, 2020
and 2021.

on confirmed suicides from the Ministry of Health, and deaths from
suspected intentional self-harm from the Chief Coroner via the Ministry of
Justice that can be downloaded from the ‘View Data’ section. This is the
first time these two datasets have been released together, and the first
time suicide data in New Zealand has been released as an interactive web
tool. This publication replaces previous suicide data published by the
Ministry of Health in a series of publications called Suicide Facts. The
latest publication from 2016 can be found

Dear OIA Requests,
When will the 2021 suicide statistics be released?
And just to confirm as per the links you have referred me to
- 52 Deaths from Covid-19
- 133 Deaths from Covid-19 Vaccine as per the latest safety report
- Plus 1,896 Deaths within 21 days of the vaccine
Total number of deaths from vaccine - 2,026 deaths
The above numbers are why the public are concerned about the experimental gene therapy - please tell me why the public should not be concerned about this?
We have an expert panel employed that are unable to tell us why people keep dying, every medsafe report that is released the numbers keep going up and reporting says there is not enough information?
To any and all persons at the Ministry of Health who read this with any integrity - if you have any evidence that proves these deaths from the vaccine can you please email proof to [email address]. There is a large amount of corruption, malfeasance going on as people just don't drop dead as the outrageous numbers do that keep going up.
