Dear Capital and Coast District Health Board,
Under the OIA I request how many contractors are engaged in tier two and three management positions, what are their names, what companies are they engaged under, what is their hourly rate, how many fees have each been paid in the last year, and how many years have they been engaged with the DHB as a contractor.
