I would like to make a request for information relating to three All of Government COVID-19 Readiness Workshops held earlier this year. For these workshops:

1) Queenstown Winter Resurgence (June)
2) Responding to Multiple Events (July)
3) Preparing for Delta (August)

I request copies of the following:

1) The workshop agenda or programme
2) Any presentations or reading materials prepared for participants
3) Any minutes or other contemporaneous notes
4) Any review or summary of the workshop and its outcomes, including any resultant action plans or work programmes
