Why has the Twitter Account @CourtsofNZ blocked @fakepersoninja
John Creser made this Official Information request to Aupito William Sio
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for John Creser to read recent responses and update the status.
From: John Creser
Dear Aupito William Sio,
I've made a request to the Department for Courts to explain why the final judgement of the Court of Appeal dated 14 October 2003 was concealed by the registrar for twelve years and not disclosed until June 2015. I've also asked the court to identify the Registrar responsible for signing this document.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1huqM1Bj...
I've publicly posted this information as @fakepersoninja on Twitter. Courts of New Zealand have refused to answer my request and have banned me from following an account which ostensibly serves the New Zealand public.
Please ensure that the person responsible for managing this account discloses all the information relating to this decision.

Dear A Sio (MIN),
Unfortunately the Justice Department has not responded to requests for information.
As Minister, I'm asking that you refer this request to the Department of Courts if you do not hold the information yourself, as you are entitled to to under the OIA.
I'm aware that I could refer this matter to the Ombudsman, but it seems a waste of resources to pursue a Govt Dept for information that should be readily accessible.
Yours sincerely,
John Creser
