Please provide the following information for two or more years of university study category to the BPhty program at UoO.

1. How many applicants were waitlisted for BPhty program for the years 2021, 2020 and 2019?

2. How many of those waitlisted for BPhty program were finally offered a place to BPhty program in those years?

5. What was the lowest GPA of the applicants that were successful in being accepted from the waitlist in 2021, 2020, and 2019 for the BPhty programme.

Further to our email of 26 January 2022, please see below our responses to
the remaining questions of your Official Information Act request.

 

We note that we contacted you 10 December 2021 to clarify whether you were
interested in receiving the information for Single Programme Preference
applicants or General applicants. Your response confirmed that you were
interested in receiving the information for Single Programme Preference
applicants.

 

How many applicants were waitlisted for the BPhty programme for 2021?

 

For Single Programme Preference applications received in 2021 for entry to
the 2022 BPhty programme via the Two or More Years of University Study
category, 3 applicants were waitlisted.

 

How many of those waitlisted for the BPhty programme were offered a place
to the BPhty programme in 2021?

 

Of those students waitlisted in 2021 for entry to the 2022 BPhty programme
via the Two or More Years of University Study category for Single
Programme Preference, 2 applicants received an offer to the BPhty
programme.

 

What was the lowest GPA of the applicants who were successful in being
accepted from the waitlist in 2021 for the BPhty programme?

 

The minimum GPA score to receive a waitlist offer to the 2022 BPhty
programme via the Two or More Years of University Study for Single
Programme Preference was 4.61.
