How many Fish and Game regional councils have applied for and received the government funded money to compensate business for the impact of covid over the last two years?

What was the financial loss each of the Fish and Game regional councils had each year for the last two years caused by Covid.

What is the total amount claimed from the government's Covid subsidy, over the last two years, by all Fish and Game Councils.

What was the impact on Fish and Game licence sales each year for the last two years from Covid?

Does the Minister support regional Fish and Game organisations receiving the Covid subsidy?

Has the Minister sought any advice from Fish and Game on any aspect of the Covid subsidy?

Is the Minister aware of any other statutory bodies who have applied for and received the governments Covid subsidy?

Does the Minister of Conservation still agree with the reviewers who wrote the ‘Review of the Governance of Fish and Game New Zealand and the Regional Fish and Game Councils’, that “13 autonomous councils does not naturally promote cooperation, efficiency or clear accountability”?

Does the Minister of Conservation believe any conviction or fine under the conservation Act can be offset by any type of payment to the entity who is entitled to take the prosecution?

Can potential prosecutions be off set by payments of anysort under the Conservation Act?

Would the Minister of Conservation support a governor, elected under the Conservation Act, from agreeing to drop a prosecution or drop a fine under the Conservation Act, for some form of compensation?

Following the latest round of the Fish and Game elections how many Maori or Iwi were voted on
to all regional councils?

Following the latest round of the Fish and Game elections how many women were voted on
to all regional councils?

Does the Minister of Conservation agree that the latest round of Fish and Game elections confirm what the reviewers in the ‘Review of the Governance of Fish and Game New Zealand and the Regional Fish and Game Councils’, that the organisation is an old boys club?

Has the latest round of Fish and Game elections changed the Minister of Conservation view on her concerns about the lack of diversity in Fish and Games governors?

Has the Minister of Conservation seen any actions in the last 6 months to address the reviewers (who wrote the ‘Review of the Governance of Fish and Game New Zealand and the Regional Fish and Game Councils)’, findings that Fish and Game has a “low level of awareness of the Treaty of Waitangi section 4”?

Has the Minister of Conservation sought advice on whether Iwi have a say in the management of native game birds that Fish and game sell a licence to shoot, and if not why not, and does she intend to?

Have the latest round of Fish and Game elections achieved the appropriate level of Iwi representation on Fish and Game Councils.

What does the Minister believe is the appropriate level of Iwi representation on Fish and Game regional Councils and on the New Zealand Council?

What level of delay does the Minister believe is appropriate in implementing the recommendations of ‘Review of the Governance of Fish and Game New Zealand and the Regional Fish and Game Councils’?

What was the total spent now on the “Review of the Governance of Fish and Game New Zealand and the Regional Fish and Game Councils” (including all reviewers costs, and the internal MOC staff costs and the costs for Ray Grubb) ?

How much has been paid to the contractor Ray Grubb to assist the government with the implementation of the recommendations in the ‘Review of the Governance of Fish and Game New Zealand and the Regional Fish and Game Councils’?
