Dear Land Information New Zealand,
Are you able to provide (with the help of a simple query through your Land Online system) the number of titles in the new Auckland Region that have compulsory easements of Right of Way (only) over them that are subject to S243a of the RMA.
The number of easements of Right of Way (only) instruments in the new Auckland Region that have been surrendered where the solicitor acted for both grantor and the grantee and where the solicitor carrying out the surrender instrument also "ticked" that the easement was not subject to S243a of the RMA.
