Effect of Pfizer vaccine on reducing transmission

Dear Ministry of Health,

There is a request for information document that has been made available online and I wish to confirm if it has been doctored or if the information is true because the information on the MOH website does not reflect this. The ref is H202110912.
This document states that 'reducing transmission was not an outcome measured in trials of the Pfizer vaccine' but on the Ministry of Health website it claims getting the vaccine will make you 'less likely to transmit the virus to others.'

Please can you confirm if the official information request is legitimate and, if so, why the information is not reflected on the Ministry of Health website.
