Dear New Zealand Defence Force,

Please supply the following information under the [Official Information Act (OIA):

The overall cost paid by the NZDF for maternity wear uniforms,

and

how the design process was conducted for the design of maternity uniforms. Please disclose how many women were involved in the design, if testing of uniforms were conducted prior to large scale manufacture/procurement, and if any feedback was sought from current uniformed personnel,

and

how many NZDF uniformed personnel have been issued with maternity wear.
