The Initial Progress Report and Forward-looking Plan (a single document) was considered in your previous Official Information Act request DOIA 2122-0160 - Scott Communications with Biocell and Vaccine Alliance Aotearoa New Zealand, as it was an attachment to the email dated Tuesday, 18 May 2021 4:14 PM, entitled " VAANZ SSIF Vaccine Platform info IN-CONFIDENCE RELEASE EXTERNAL .msg", contained in the "Collated emails.pdf" document sent to you on 21 October 2021
. The document was withheld under s9(2)(ba)(1), s9(2)(b)(ii) and s9(2)(j) of the Official Information Act 1982
. The Minister of Research, Science and Innovation the Hon Megan Woods has previously provided information taken from the Initial Progress Report and Forward-looking Plan to you in relation to your Official Information Act request Briefings on Vaccine Alliance Aotearoa New Zealand and BioCell (AVMOIA53).
