Dear Lisa, and Simon,
I was asking for the actual procurement documents, not the already available summary information or the auditor general report which I have already seen. Please provide the actual documents (understand there will likely be redactions where valid).
Also the attachment of the briefing documents cannot be downloaded, I have tried this multiple different times on different devices, below is a paste of one of the error messages. The reply letter is accessible, but not the attachment. Can you please rectify and reload?

Good evening M Bell,
Our apologies for not acknowledging your email of 04 November 2023.
There is not a "procurement plan" as you have described, but we have identified an additional document that may provide you with some of the information you are seeking, and we are currently consulting other agencies on it release.
We will provide this to you before Friday 22 December.
I have re-attached the file to this email thread. Do let me know if this works or not.
Kind regards,
Lisa

Thanks Lisa, the linked file downloads nicely.
I find it strange that there would be no procurement plan, but as a minimum a procurement strategy would have been approved and in place. The auditor general's review on the C19 rollout refers to the government developing such a procurement strategy and that it was developed and implemented etc. Possibly this was provided to MBIE from another agency?
Is the other document you have identified the business case on the indemnity provision that was provided to the treasury by MBIE? If not can I also have that document please?
Yours sincerely,
M Bell

Hello M Bell,
Response to your email back on 06 December 2023:
We can confirm that no single document was created as a procurement plan,
but rather that procurement documentation occurs over a series of
documents with Ministers and Cabinet. The document we intend to provide
you is entitled "Framework to guide vaccine purchase decisions". This
provides some detail in addition to what is in the proactively released
briefing paper "[1]COVID-19 Vaccine Strategy - Purchasing Strategy and
funding envelope" of 10 July 2020, and the Cabinet paper "[2]COVID-19
Vaccine Strategy: Purchasing Strategy and Funding Options
(CAB-20-MIN-0382) of 10 August 2020" which provide much of the key
strategic content that would normally appear in a procurement plan.
Kind regards,
Lisa

Thanks Lisa for the response so far,
Interesting that there was no specific procurement plan. So apparently there was however a business case produced by MBIE on the indemnity provision. Hence as per my reply on Dec 6 can I please have the the business case on the indemnity provision that was provided to the treasury by MBIE?
Yours sincerely,
M Bell

Hi Lisa
Following up on this, you mentioned a further document to release....
"The document we intend to provide you is entitled "Framework to guide vaccine purchase decisions"
Could you please append that document to the response to close this request off?
