Number of new migrant nurse visas granted to nurses since the first lockdown 2020

Keith Head made this Official Information request to Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment

The request was successful.

From: Keith Head

Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,

I am interested in finding out the number of visas granted to registered nurses who came with the intention of completing the CAP programme and thus gaining registered nurse certification in NZ since the 28th of February 2020.

In other words, the number of new migrant registered nurses to NZ, on their first ever visa to NZ since the first COVID lockdown.

Yours faithfully,
Keith
