Kia ora Paul,

Thank you for your request for official information, received on 5 June
2021 for:

“Would you please provide a list containing the date received and the

Please note we are NOT requesting the full documents, just the Titles of
them as a list.”

We are contacting you in accordance with section 18B of the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act) as your request, as it is currently worded,
is for a very large volume of information. Your request may be refused
under section 18(f) of the Act as the information requested cannot be made
available without substantial collation or research.

If it is possible for you to to narrow the scope of your topic and/or the
subject matter of the documents, we may be able to provide you with
information. Please define what you mean by documentation. Are you
referring to briefings, memos, delivery schedules, logistics or
administration advice etc?

Please respond by Friday 18 June so that we can consider your refinement
in our response to your request.

We look forward to receiving your response.

Dear OIA Requests,

To refine the request, we wish to limit it to Pfizer provided documentation covering briefings and memos related to the Comirnaty vaccine.

Should this still be too broad, then further limit the document to containing the keyword "BNT162b2" which would enable a computer based search to be conducted very easily and quickly on this keyword to prepare such a list of document titles and dates.

Yours sincerely,

Paul Jones

The Ministry of Health is just playing word games to avoid providing documentation from Pfizer, it makes you wonder why they are trying to protect and hide documentation from the public.

We did get a partially successful request here though https://fyi.org.nz/request/15806-pfizer-... stating Pfizer documentation was submitted as apart of the application on 13 Nov and 9 Dec 2020.
