Dear OIA Requests,

Please note that as the source document referenced was in Japanese the exact Pfizer documentation name original listed "SARS-COV-2 mRNA Vaccine (BNT162, PF-07302048)" could differ from similar materials provided to the NZ government.

Therefore would you please update this request to be; The date the NZ government and its departments received Pharmacokinetic test/study data from Pfizer for the Comirnaty BNT162* vaccine similar to the referenced study.

Yours sincerely,

Paul Jones

Summary of reported deaths

Up to and including 22 May 2021, a total of 4 deaths were reported to CARM after the administration of the Comirnaty vaccine. CARM and Medsafe have assessed each of these cases and found that the deaths were unlikely to be caused by the vaccine.

By chance, some people will experience new illnesses or die from a pre-existing condition shortly after vaccination, especially if they are elderly.

Therefore, part of our review process includes comparing natural death rates to observed death rates following vaccination, to determine if there are any specific trends or patterns that might indicate a vaccine safety concern.

There are currently no indications to suggest that the vaccine caused the deaths.

- highly problematic at face value.

We note in an updated Datasheet version here https://www.medsafe.govt.nz/profs/Datash...

It now has a Section 5.2 Pharmacokinetic properties saying its "Not Applicable".

Totally crazy for the persons in government involved to have such a position.

The Ministry cannot supply this information because pharmacokinetics, as well as pharmacodynamics, genetics and biomarkers, were not evaluated. The Ministry is well aware of this.
