Dear Auckland Transport,

1. Has any person(s) not admitted liability in respect to infringement notices related to parking tickets issued at Crescent Rd, Epsom, on 6 January 2014? If so, please provide the number and the reasons for not admitting liability.

2. How many tickets were waived in the last year as a result of errors or incorrect marking techniques by Auckland transport officers?

3. To date, have you received any complaints or any tickets have been waived relating to parking tickets issued by the officer 1217 where a vehicle overstayed the maximum parking time? If so, please provide the number and the reasons for the complaints or for waiving the tickets.
