With regards to the page on your website: http://www.aucklandtransport.govt.nz/mov...

I would like to request any legal advice or analysis made or received by Auckland Transport or a predecessor that related to the advice given on that page, particularly:

* that "pedestrians must give way to vehicles" when crossing intersections (or roads generally), and
* the determination about whether a place is a "footpath" or not.

Or whether any such legal analysis was done at all.
