"(a) the titles of all papers (advice, memos, aide-memoires, etc) you have received which are either solely about, or incorporate content relating to, the topic of how a person might provide proof or certification of either having been vaccinated against Covid-19, or otherwise having Covid-19 antibodies.

(b) the dates on which each of the papers identified within (a) above were received.

(c) the originating department or agency that provided each of the papers identified within (a) above.

(d) the dates (from 1 November 2020 onwards) on which you received any oral briefings from officials on the topic of how a person might provide proof or certification of either having been vaccinated against Covid-19, or otherwise having Covid-19 antibodies.”

Pursuant to section 15 (1) of the Act we will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible, and no later than 17 June 2021 being 20 working days after the day your request was received. If we are unable to respond to your request within this timeframe, we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.
