person might provide proof or certification of either having been vaccinated against 
Covid-19, or otherwise having Covid-19 antibodies. 
(b) the dates on which each of the papers identified within (a) above were received.
(c) the originating department or agency that provided each of the papers identified
within (a) above.
(d) the dates (from 1 November 2020 onwards) on which you received any oral
briefings from officials on the topic of how a person might provide proof or
certification of either having been vaccinated against Covid-19, or otherwise having
Covid-19 antibodies.”
