Changing Minds would like to request all Correspondance related to the process of refining and deciding on the procurement process for Like Minds ROI and RFP processes for Social Movement and Education Initiatives from 2020 and 2021 (exclusive of financial information, provider information or other commercially sensitive information).
Including:
1/ Internal emails relating to process for or decisions around new procurement processes
2/ adherence of process to government procurement guidelines
3/ Panel Selection process
4/ Panel selection guidelines and panelist commentary/minutes and notes regarding decisions around ROI, RFP and Wananga
4/ any other correspondance mentioning Changing Minds
